Your pilot registration details
BJI stores your email, optional name and phone, language, pilot interest, self-reported belt and years of BJJ experience for reviewer applicants, signup time, and contact preferences. We use these to manage the pilot list, send your confirmation, notify the founder, and tell you when BJI is ready. A phone number is optional; SMS updates require the separate checkbox. We do not sell your details. Our hosting, database, and email providers process the information needed to run this service. Sharing links contain only the public landing-page address, never your contact details. We keep the registration while operating the pilot list; unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Unsubscribing keeps your registration and opt-out preference so you are not contacted again. You can request deletion of these records by email.
